Einar Stray Orchestra is an indie pop collective from Sandvika, Norway. Bolstered with vivid and symphonic sounds they are constantly evolving their unique style of orchestral indie.
In Norway, Einar Stray Orchestra is still an underground phenomenon, but if you were to ask a random person on the streets of Berlin, it’s more than likely that this person has attended one of their concerts. Known for their collaborations with Cezinando and Moddi, with over 300 shows all across Europe and Asia in the past years they have had a quick rise to success. This includes sold out tours and spellbinding sets at industry showcases such as by:Larm, Reepherbahn Festival, Iceland Airwaves and Berlin Music Week. Their three previous albums; ”Chiaroscuro”, ”Politricks” and ”Dear Bigotry” has received outstanding praise from international press.
They are now ready to release their all new single “Hot Salted Wind” that delivers a travel through your emotions filled with their signature orchestral sound and touching melodies. With their profound storytelling they deliver another piece of art, that without doubt will be enjoyed by many for years to come. With the theme of feeling lost and unimportant – being shy of conflicts and running from your problems. The moral of the story is to jump in with both feet. There’s always better days coming.
