US/NO alterative country/bluegrass quartet Buster Sledge releases their captivating approach to Einar Stray Orchestra's "Teppet Faller" to celebrate the 10th anniversary of their debut album "Chiaroscuro", adding to a series of cover versions and reworks of all the album’s tracks.

Buster Sledge about the track:

A huge part - since the beginning - of our working together as a band has been building textures as intricately as possible and necessary using a limited number of "tools" (three acoustic instruments). Though these textures are primarily slithering around behind vocals (which lead the charge) in the context of our music, the woven backdrop is much more foundational than purely aesthetic. Arranging "Teppet Faller" for this project in Buster Sledge was a natural choice in that it allowed us a fun opportunity to take our love for accompanimental ensemble-playing and push it into the limelight as we tried to capture, in our style, the sweeping strokes of texture and harmony that can be heard on the final track of "Chiaroscuro".
